At COEUS Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions, consulting services, and customer support. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for products and services purchased through our website.


1. Digital Products and Downloadable Content

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable materials, templates, guides, software, digital assets, subscriptions, and other electronic content are generally final and non-refundable once access, download, or delivery has occurred.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The product was not delivered due to a verified technical issue.
  • The purchased file is corrupted or unusable, and a replacement cannot be provided.
  • Duplicate charges occurred due to payment processing errors.

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.


2. Consulting and Professional Services

Refund eligibility for consulting, development, architecture, cybersecurity, AI, automation, cloud, or other professional services depends on the engagement status.


Eligible Refund Situations

A partial or full refund may be issued if:

  • Work has not yet commenced.
  • COEUS Digital is unable to fulfill the agreed scope of work.
  • A billing error has occurred.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed milestones or delivered work products;
  • Time already spent on consultation, planning, research, development, or implementation;
  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or access;
  • Change-of-mind cancellations after project initiation.


3. Subscription Services

For recurring subscription services:

  • Customers may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Access remains active through the end of the paid billing period.


4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact COEUS Digital before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services;
  • Revocation of digital product access;
  • Legal recovery efforts were applicable.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the financial institution or payment processor.


6. Service Cancellations

COEUS Digital reserves the right to cancel or refuse service for violations of our Terms of Service, unlawful activity, abuse, or misuse of our systems and intellectual property.
